Been a minute.

Yea, so um.. Hey. Not quite sure who im talking to anymore, honestly. Out of all the old crew/followers. I dont really know who are still around and whatnot. But uh, yea. Im still here (obviously). Not as much graff tho. Pretty... Pretty low on graff. There's a reason why though. Im working on this comic/story called SHE: Gōmon-sha. Ya'might have seen some shiz on it. If you are in fact an active watcher than you know that im not totally out of the graff game. I still throw down some digital goodness here and there, along with some sketchy work on IG and maybe Tumblr occasionally. But my main focus, right now is SHE. 2013 was a bomb ass year, for my art. Kick started a whole new steelo and process of my work. Started the whole Sketchbook Shoguns collective with Joey-Zero, PhillyPhats and all them.

Now in 2014 i wanna continue the progression a little more and master a solid style that im comfortable with. Lots of SHE in 2014, expect it. That's what's gonna happen next. For those of you who only watched me for graff... sorry? No, im not. But it'd be kinda douchey of me to just up and stop what i was raised on as an artist in the first place (as well as a bit "sell out"ish). They'll be more. Not sure how much. But definitely more sekstyle. The exploration i took with my graff was a fun trip too. Working with a foreign character set is baller. I suggest trying it. For now though. Its all about progression. Hope you all are staying busy and productive as well. To all the new watchers and shtuff.. welcome? Thanks. Get ready for some hot shit.

Could you really give me some advice I have a graffiti creation in my gallery, I am 16 so I do not have any schooling, feel like throwing any tips?
sektrone Mar 28, 2014   Digital Artist
Not really any tips to give. Practice. Study different techniques... and practice. DRAW!!! lol Its all about progression.
Art, especially graff, isn't taught. Its learned and developed from actually doing it.
No magic tip or trick is going to make you a better artist, or even help. Everyone starts out weak, no matter the age.
Just gotta stay on it.
